For those eager to try French cuisine with a South Australian flavour, Garcon Bleu at Sofitel Hotel is hosting a dinner tasting menu on 1 May 2022 and 2 May 2022 from 6pm. This is one of various events of Tasting Australia , a festival held from 29 April 2022 to 8 May 2022 to celebrate South Australian produce.



Featuring a menu by Garcon Bleu's head chef, Gianni Delogu, the dinner consists of a chef's four choice menu featuring French dishes using various South Australian produce. Completing the experience are Bordeaux-style wines matched with the various dishes and French entertainment for the night.
