1. Grokker is a new app I managed to stumble across and am very impressed with the free app service that is available to everyone with unlimited access up until April 30 2020. Grokker provides a variety of workout routines for everyone to enjoy in the comfort of their home such as; yoga, Pilates, dance, Abs and Core, HIIT, cardio, kickboxing and weights just to name a few. 3. Headspace is a wonderful free app available for anyone who wants to meditate during these turbulent times. These thoughtful folks have created several different mediation sessions to tune into whether at home or at work with a Relieving Stress Meditation, with other meditation sessions to access along with tons of articles and info on meditation. 4. Nike Training Club Premium or NTC provides weekly programs designed by trainers. This is a great free resource to utilise and is available Free at the moment with no designated cut off date.
