Have you ever wondered what the interiors of Melbourne's historic Town Hall looked like? Now you can visit them during a FREE tour of this 19th century architectural marvel.
You can enter the grand Council Chamber and sit in the Lord Mayor's chair, stand on the portico and wave to the crowds below, view the largest grand organ in the Southern Hemisphere and much more. You will also learn about the architectural, social and political significance of this impressive building.
The Melbourne Town Hall Tours are conducted from Monday to Friday except public holidays. There are 2 sessions per day from 11am to 12pm and 1pm to 2pm. Each tour will only take a maximum of 10 visitors so phone bookings are essential.
