With the beloved
National Pharmacies Christmas Pageant now behind us, Christmas is truly just around the corner. There's excitement in the air, and of course, a variety of free things to do in Adelaide in December.

Victoria Square has got the weekends covered with a
festival on Friday the 9th and Saturday the 10th, a
market on Saturday the 17th and Sunday the 18th, a
ballet and carols on Thursday the 22nd, and a
party on Friday the 23rd. You'll find a range of food and drinks on offer at each event. The 25-metre giant tree will also be lit from 8:30pm. For the tech-savvy, you can download the
Adelaide Christmas Cracker Trail app and have some fun with quizzes, jokes, selfie filters and AR experiences.

Queen Elizabeth
Those wanting to do something that isn't Christmas-related might like to check out the cruise ships at
Outer Harbor including Cunard's
Queen Elizabeth, Royal Caribbean's Ovation of the Seas, and the
Grand Princess. You can catch a glimpse of these 'floating palaces' from Lady Ruthven Reserve.

Little Quarry Loop
And, with the
International Day of People with Disability being held on Saturday the 3rd, why not raise the awareness by joining a
National Parks and Wildlife Service activity in Onkaparinga River National Park or heading out to one of the three free
accessible trails around Adelaide.
