If you're looking for affordable school holiday activities, look no further than Haben's Forest Hill Chase, The Pines Shopping Centre, Casey Central and Croydon Central. There's no better price than free. Haben centres around Melbourne will be offering a range of free activities for kids to take part in over the September school holidays, from 11am – 3pm daily across all centres.

To assist you with the rising cost of living, Forest Hill Chase and Casey Central will be running a $5,000 gift card giveaway from 18 September – 1 October 2023 for shoppers to take part in. For more information and terms and conditions, follow the given links. When on all shopping centres' websites, be sure to check their Offers page and discover what's on offer for further savings.

Forest Hill Chase Shopping Centre , 270 Canterbury Road, Forest Hill has created a fun indoor pop-up scooter park to keep kids aged 3-10 occupied from 18 Sep to 1 Oct at Level 3 at The Loft (near Hoyts); the shopping centre's entertainment and dining precinct. Scooterville is a 16-metre-long leafy-green sanctuary for children to explore, complete with traffic lights, speed humps and street signage. Design features include cut-outs of native Australian animals and traffic signage associated with the outback, adding a touch of Australiana. Scooters and helmets are provided. Terms and conditions apply. From 25-29 Sep Cupcake Decorating kicks in on Level 2, near Best & Less. Kids are encouraged to dress in their favourite footy gear for the activity as they decorate a Ferguson Plarre Cupcake with their footy team colours. See here for all details at Forest Hill Chase.

Casey Central , 400 Narre Warren-Cranbourne Road, Narre Warren South are running a Design School from 18-22 Sept and Cupcake Decorating from 25-29 Sep. See here for all details. The cupcake decorating event is as above, decorating a Ferguson Plarre Cupcake in footy team colours near Woolworths. as is the Design School. You will create your own unique design to take home with different craft activities happening each day. On Monday you'll design a T-shirt; Tuesday a Cap; Wednesday a Drink Bottle; Thursday a Pencil Case and Friday, and a Mug.

Pines Shopping Centre at 181 Reynolds Rd, Doncaster East will have Putt Putt Mini Golf from 18-22 Sep and Cupcake Decorating 25-29 Sep. See here for all details. Both events are held near Specsavers. You know the drill about the Cupcake Decorating as above, however, for the Putt Putt, you're also encouraged to dress in your team's colours when participating. The 5-hole course is 14 metres long and has been designed to tie in with the footy finals in Melbourne.

Croydon Central at 5-15 Kent Avenue, Croydon has Trash Puppets from 18-22 Sep and Cupcake Decorating from 25-29 Sep. See here for full details. Kids will be creating their own puppet using recycled materials in the first week, with the cupcake decorating as above. Both events will be held near Aldi.
