MSFW 2015 @ 1000 Pound Bend #BED
1. Melbourne Spring Fashion Week (MSFW)
Be inspired by the latest fashion at the MSFW 2015, from 28th August-4th September. MSFW 2015 events provide an opportunity for established and emerging local designers, brands and retailers to present new season looks. Free and ticketed events, including workshops, runways, installations, exhibitions, pop-ups, and parties at various locations around the city.

2. Market Week
Celebrate Melbourne Market Week, from Saturday 5th September through to Sunday 13th September 2015, at Melbourne's top markets - South Melbourne, Prahran, Queen Victoria, and Dandenong Markets. Each one will host a series of events including free tastings, cooking classes and demonstrations, music, children's activities and face-painting, giveaways, disco yoga, zumba, and much more. A week of family friendly activities, with this year's Market Week theme - 'Shop Well, Eat Well, Live Well'.

3. A.F.L Finals
You can't escape A.F.L finals in Melbourne, the sporting capital of the nation. Be a part of the action by purchasing a ticket to a match on a weekend in September (or for the Grand Final on October 3rd), or find your nearest sports bar/pub and watch the final 8 teams, televised on the big screen, battle it out for the 2015 premiership title. Grab your friends and join in cheering and jeering with a pie and a few coldies.

4. Father's Day
Sunday September 6th, marks a day to show our fathers and father figures how much we love and appreciate them. Celebrate through a day outing or activity, joining a charity fund-raising event for mens' health, gift giving, sharing a meal, or most importantly, spending time together.

5. Vinyasa Yoga
Did someone say hot? Head to Yoga 37 in Collingwood for some energetic fluid vinyasa yoga classes. Free beginners classes on Saturday mornings, as many as you like. So strengthen your body and mind, in a friendly, welcoming studio space.

6. Melbourne Fringe Festival
Running from 17th September through to 7th October, see inspirational works at the Melbourne Fringe Festival, including music, cabaret, performance and visual arts, dance, kids programs, and comedy, from over 4000 independent artists. Recommended free events - Coburg Carnivale, Closing Party, Docklands Blues Festival, Acland Street Projection Festival.
