Everyday from Monday 5th to Friday 9th October, you and your kids can enjoy a new experience, courtesy of AWESOME Arts, Perth Zoo, Transperth and MRA.

Learn to Play Ukulele Cruise Workshop

5 - 9 October | Free Activity

Embark on a ferry voyage with a musical twist. Join AWESOME Festival on a special Transperth ferry cruise and learn to play ukulele. Children will have fun in a unique workshop with a professional artist to learn some fundamental skills to learn to play ukulele. Spaces are strictly limited, so book now to avoid disappointment.

Incredible Zoo Stories

5 - 9 October | Free Activity

Perth's zaniest zookeepers want to share some wild and wonderful zoo stories with you. Bring the kids and join us at Barrack Street Jetty for some amazing animal tales.

Junior Vet Hospital

5 - 9 October | Free Activity

Come to Barrack Street Jetty and learn how to keep animals safe and healthy in this fun, role play activity. Dress up in scrubs, examine the animal patients and help our Zoo Vets provide the right treatment.

WA Wishes Origami Boats

5 - 9 October | Free Activity

Everyone is invited to make an origami boat and make a wish for your community or for someone special. You can take your boat home or display it on the largest WA Wishes public art installation at Barrack Street Jetty. Let's get wishing and folding.

Kids Visit Free at The Bell Tower

There's never been a better time to visit the home of the Swan Bells. Head up to the viewing deck and get a birds-eye of Elizabeth Quay before it opens to the public at the end of this year. Up to four kids enter free with a paying adult.

Eye Spy on the Swan

26 September - 11 October

Kids travel free this school holidays on Perth-Fremantle one way or return Captain Cook Cruises. On board, kids will play Eye Spy on the Swan, an interactive checklist game, spotting and recording all the wildlife, mystery and unique landmarks along the way.
