1. Brauhaus Farm Haus & Sunday Funday
Head to Munich Brauhaus, 45 South Wharf Promenade, for Family Sundays ! Every Sunday, from August 21st through to December 25th, from noon to 3:00pm, kids can enjoy time with new farm friends including lambs, piglets, rabbits, goats and chickens at the mobile farm by the Yarra River! There is also a free games room with pool, table tennis and arcade games, a face painter, kids' entertainer and free meal for children under 12 (with every adult purchased meal).

2. Rewind '91: Celebrating 25 Years of Melbourne Central
Happy 25th birthday Melbourne Central! A month-long celebration showcasing how this iconic Melbourne hub has changed over the years. Join in for 90s fashion, makeup and music throwbacks. Running daily from September 1st through 30th 10:00am to 10:00pm; save the date for a one-day Rewind '91 Shopping Festival on 14 September, with over 150 offers!

3. Riverslide Skate Park – Family Fun Day
A day jam-packed with free learn skateboarding and scooter sessions, games, activities, prizes, giveaways, a free BBQ and lots of fun and laughs. Aimed at children and families who are learning to skate, sessions start every half-hour and run for one hour, and all equipment is provided. 4. Westside Circus at Library at The Dock
Ever want to join a circus? Head to Library at The Dock, 107-117 Victoria Harbour Promenade Docklands, for this fun, interactive workshop with Westside Circus. Participants learn to make and use circus equipment and can take it home to practice their newly learnt skills. Running on Friday September 23rd, this school holiday free event is suitable for children 8 years and older. Book online .

5. Junior Rangers – Snakes, Skinks and Sunlight
Celebrate the spring school holidays by joining the City of Melbourne Park Rangers for a fun-filled day of games and activities. Junior Rangers will explore the hidden world of Royal Park's reclusive reptiles, and learn how sunlight and the changing seasons affect them. This free event runs from September 19th through to September 23rd, Monday to Friday 10:00 to noon, at Royal Park, Flemington Road Parkville. Booking essential.
