I found out about at Sumo Salad loyalty program at the Urban Market at QV. Sumo Salad has healthy, low fat salads (even low GI), and the Thai Beef Salad is just divine. Go large and stay thin indeed.

The Sumo Society is a loyalty program actually worth signing up for, especially if you like salad and healthy eating in general. You do not need to wait to enjoy a freebie come your birthday time. Why not score a free large salad the moment you join up? Sumo Salad's large favourite salad's normally cost almost $10 a pop so it is worthwhile. You will also receive a free large salad on your birthday as well.

When scoring the free salad, all you need to do is print out a coupon which will be e-mailed to you upon you joining up to Sumo Society. The staff at Sumo Salad might ask for ID just to prove that you are you and you will have to present your black Sumo Society card.

Thereafter, every $15 spent equates to $1 in rewards. This is why I decided not to hold back and share this; a healthy and fun way to go large within itself. The choice is still ultimately yours.
