Get some Ethical Pork on Your Fork
A not to be missed event for the foodie, carnivores amongst us! Tathra Place Free Range will be hosting a series of Pork Appreciation Nights to educate us all on the beauty of ethically bred and pasture raised pork.
The night aims to be a fun and informative night for everyone - so why not consider it for corporate events, a Christmas gift or even a hens or bucks night.
The night will feature a huge host of activities including:
Tathra Free Range Farmer, Luke Winder, will explain what's involved in producing chemical-free, antibiotic-free, hormone-free free range pork. He will discuss the overall farming techniques and will also give a sneak peek into other available products in the near future
Butcher Stefan Birmili, will explain his hand crafted butchery methods and will provide a hand-crafted butchery demonstration
Guests can participate in sausage stuffing and mince preparation
Meat recipe suggestions and guidance on the best way to cook your meat
Exclusive tasting of Tathra Place Free Range pastured heritage saddleback pork
Tasting of wines to match Tathra Place Free Range pastured heritage saddleback pork
At least 4kgs of Tathra Place Free Range pastured heritage saddleback pork to take home.

The night will commence at 7.00pm at 8 Tathra Place Gymea Bay NSW. The cost is $200.00 per person or $250.00 per couple (sharing the 4kg pork pack).

About Tathra Free Range
Tathra Place is a 100 acre property just outside the township of Taralga, New South Wales. It is run by husband and wife team, Luke and Pia Winder. The family split their time between their house in Tathra Place Gymea Bay and the farm. They specialise in free range produce – no chemicals hormones or antibiotics. Customers will be able to pick up free range eggs, grass fed beef, free range pork and grass fed chicken right in Gymea Bay!
