I was devastated when we first went into lockdown, and I realised we wouldn't be able to attend a studio class in a while. The people and sense of community are just as important as the classes and poses themselves - am I right?!
Pretty soon after, I realised that I could still access my regular Melbourne teachers online, as well as many other great teachers from all around the world! If the 'real-life' yoga industry was saturated, its online equivalent is now bursting at the seams with all the options we have available at our fingertips!
Yoga can be expensive - yes, even the online variation can cost between $20 - 30 per class. And, let's face it money is tight right now! If you would like to give it a try but don't have the cash and are not quite sure which style, studio or teacher is right for you... try one of these 3 FREE options:
