Craft has been serving up a platter of events to excite arts and craft enthusiasts and the public. There was the biggest craft and design festival,
Craft Cubed, in Melbourne;
New Craft showcased works for sale in
Queen Victoria Market; and Melbourne Town Hall hosted a
pop-up shop. November will continue to showcase the best of Craft in Victoria with FREE public exhibitions by 3 of the finest ceramicists in
Australia.

Kate Jones, Sarah O'Sullivan and Gerry Wedd have differing conceptual and material approaches. During an
artist talk in
October, they shared share insights into their art and ideas behind their exhibitions which runs till 29 November.
Kate Jones' 'Being' exhibition explores the space between traditional ceramics and abstract two-dimensional art. A new exhibition by Sarah O'Sullivan, 'Vestige' investigates how decoration is used in domestic ceramics. Gerry Wedd's 'Ceramics in Pots' exhibition explores the deep songwriting well of Melbourne. Admission to all 3 exhibitions are FREE.
