November will see Melbourne and its surrounds hosting numerous free events to ensure everyone can have a fling with spring without breaking the bank.

**Demonstrations of Folded Paper Decorations
**On 1 November 2014, the Ferny Creek Recreation Hall will provide refuge to the free demonstration of Joy, a Hills paper artist whose expertise includes making sculptures and creating designs from old paper and books. This amazing demonstration will run from 11am to 1pm. The Ferny Creek Recreation Hall is located at the corner of Hilton and Clarkmont roads, Ferny Creek. While free, this event requires bookings. **Eltham Town Festival
**All are invited to the annual Eltham Town festival which will regale visitors from 8 November 2014 to 9 November 2014. The wonderful programme itinerary incorporates family friendly music, entertainment, rides for little ones, stalls, food and drinks, sports, a carnival, fireworks and more. This festival has been held for 13 years now.

Whilst many of the activities and smaller rides are free, gold coin donations are appreciated on entry. **Blender Lane Artists Market 2014-2015
**Blender Lane Artists Market will be held from 12 November 2014 to 25 February 2015 on every Wednesday night. The market will run from 5pm to 10pm. Blender Lane in Melbourne CBD will be the hub for the market where you can pick up unique and stunning designer crafted gifts for yourself or a loved one. Dingley Fair
Dingley Fair will be hosted on 22 November 2014 at the corner of Old Dandenong Road and Tootal Road, Dingley Village. **Markit @ Federation Square
**For one day, Federation Square will hold the curated market Markit which will showcase the talents and craftsmanship of Australia's 100 best independent designers. From a wide array of merchandise to choose from, you will have ample opportunities to stock up on Christmas gifts. You can also win prizes worth up to $1800 from market stallholders by subscribing to Markit's mailing list.

**Docklands Festival of Giving
**New Quay Promenade in Docklands will be the setting for the Docklands Festival of Giving which will be held from10am to 6:30pm on 30 November 2014. The family-friendly festival will feature 'Show n Shine' car show, 'laughing' yoga session, a Zoombathon, special appearances by AFL players, clowns, face painting, food stalls and roving entertainment. **End of the Line Festival
**On 30 November 2014, the End of the Line Festival
Will be hosted on the main street of Belgrave, running down Blacksmiths way, which leads to the railway station. Some of Melbourne's best musicians will hold sway on the main stage. There will be an artisan market offering interesting and unusual products.

The festival will also feature delicious food and drinks, gigs by around 70 bands at 8 different stages, street performances, buskers, exhibitions.
