A retired business owner, my passions are cooking, photography and eating. I use all three of these when I write for recipeyum.com.au which is on HubGarden
Event:
Something for nothing! FREE noodle day will be celebrated at Haymarket.

If you love noodles done the Chinese way, then here is the place you must be. I would think that possibly the only thing better than eating deliciously yummy, hand-made Chinese noodles in this weather, is eating it without paying a single cent to do so.

Noodles come in all shapes and sizes and from many different countries. Personally, I love just about any type of noodles and love to have them with natural gravy made by cooking a meal and letting this gravy soak into them. Slurping them up from around the fork or chopsticks is a delight for me!

Now there is a FREE Noodle Day which everyone can attend. Be there on the 11th July from 5.00 pm until 9.00 pm and you'll get one of these noodles dishes absolutely FREE!

It will be held at Mr Chen Beef Noodle (Mr Chen Beef Noodle) at TG5/8 Quay Street, Haymarket - enter at Prince Centre via Thomas Street. And what's more id there will be six options to choose from on the day!

Please note: Their signature Lanzhou and pickled cabbage beef noodles are dine-in only to make sure they keep their original flavour. All other options are available as take-away.

Take-away available and dine-in is subject to availability. There is a limit of one bowl per person only and the offer applies to select noodle dishes only and until sold out.

There will be no rainchecks and options are limited to only their noodle dishes and fried rice. Any other items will be unavailable between 5.00 pm until 9.00 pm.

Their noodles are smooth and perfectly made and all of them are handmade noodles. Mr Chen describe their noodles as "Life's better with noods"
