Present Mind Psychology is presenting a FREE Mindfulness for Kids session on Tuesday 26th September 2017 at Beeliar Wetlands Education Centre, 184 Hope Rd, Bibra Lake WA 6163.
This one-off event will allow you to experience one-hour of mindfulness with your child (ages 7-12) in a beautiful nature reserve. One or both parents are welcome to accompany their child.
This special event is hosted by Jacqueline Sander (Psychologist MPsych, MSc), who specialises in child psychotherapy and mindfulness training. During the session, which runs from 10.00am to 11.00am, you and your child will be introduced to mindfulness and its many benefits, which can include emotional regulation and improved social skills; the ability to orient attention, plan and organise; and an increased sense of calmness, relaxation, and self-acceptance.
Come and discover all that mindfulness has to offer at the FREE taster session. Registration is essential - sign up here or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Make sure to bring a yoga mat for your child and yourself.
