If you've always wanted to meet Michelle Bridges in person, then head down to South Bank Parklands on Saturday 11th March 2017 for a free workout.
Medibank ambassador, Michelle Bridges will lead the class from 7:00am. The energetic exercise class is designed to be suitable for all fitness levels. You do not need any equipment, just wear your sneakers, and bring along a towel and water bottle.
Medibank Feel Good Program
The class will be held at the Little Stanley Lawn, South Bank Parklands. You may like to get there early to get a good spot and stay afterwards to have breakfast at one of the many nearby cafes.
The Medibank Feel Good Program is designed to suit all fitness levels, with classes ranging from low impact to high-energy options. Bookings are not required – just turn up and join in the fun!
