[ADVERT]As part of the Fed Square Australia Day festivities, the BMW Edge Theatre will be hosting a series of free public lectures and meditation sessions with expert instructors from Kadampa Meditation Centre.

All are welcome to come along and participate in one of these public sessions. View the timetable below to see the different sessions which will occur throughout the day;

Loving Kindness 11.00am - 11.45am
Learn to Meditate 12.15pm - 1.00pm
Transforming Relationships Through Meditation 2.00pm - 2.45pm
Living Without Stress 4.00pm - 4.45pm

Each session will include a special public lecture with Buddhist monk, Gen Kelsang Dornying, who will explain how we can all benefit from the simple practice of meditation and Buddhist wisdom.

This is a unique way to celebrate Australia Day and what will be learnt will last a lifetime.
