Free Kids Food Workshops at Eat. Drink. Westfield. Festival



Hot Hurstville dining destination Chefs Gallery Classic is partnering up with the Eat. Drink. Westfield Festival on Saturday 5 - Sunday 6 August to offer kiddies the opportunity to bring their very own cute steamed dessert buns to life.

As part of the Eat. Drink. Westfield. Festival, parents and kids are encouraged to sign up for these FREE steamed buns masterclasses through Eventbrite. The mini master chefs will get hands-on experience from the Chefs Gallery team on how to perfect those plump and yummy dessert buns.



The Masterclasses on are on each day at 3pm. Children are given the opportunity to let their imagination run wild as they create art with warm buns filled with gooey custard centres.



Chefs Gallery has become well known as one of the suburb's finest restaurants serving up modern Chinese fare. Since arriving in 2017, the community has savoured much loved and distinctive dishes from the multi award-winning powerhouse of Pan-Asian cuisine.



Executive Chef Wing says, "Creating a smooth and spongy steamed buns involves a lot of love, and lots of laughter. We always have such a fantastic time creating our signature piggy we thought, why not let the next generation of foodies bring their creations to life."

Workshop Times: 3.00pm (1 hr duration slots). Customers must have their name ticked off 15 minutes prior to the workshop commencing in order to enter. Unfortunately, if you miss the time you registered for, it is not guaranteed that there will be space available. Registered guests must bring along their tickets as a printed version or show these to the staff member on a smart device. Tickets can be transferred into another persons name - please notify Westfield Hurstville of the change prior to the event).
