Hibiscus Sports Complex is having a free open day from 12 pm to 3 pm on Saturday, November 26, 2011. If you have been thinking of getting fit this summer, stop by and have a look. Gym and swim twelve month memberships will be on special for $500. Usually a Silver gym plus pool membership costs $590.

Check out a free class: pilates, boxing or kickboxing. Get a free ten minute massage from ACE Sports Medicine or have a footwear check by a podiatrist. If you have ever wondered what Futsal is, Vikings Futsal will be holding a free skills clinic and game. By the way, I now know it's indoor soccer.

If you've been thinking of getting the kids into swim lessons for the summer, Hibiscus Swimming Academy will be on hand to do free learn to swim assessments. It should be a fun day for the whole family with a sausage sizzle, jumping castle, and more.
