All Well and Good Day returns to the Eumundi Markets for the 6 time. 90 minutes from Brisbane, this health and wellness event is FREE. It offers a fun day for the whole family with natural products and food, therapies, pampering and education for the mind, body, soul and planet. You can enjoy free yoga classes, drumming workshops, exercises like tai chi, belly dancing and wrestling and cooking demonstrations using seasonal produce, bush foods and organics. There are also Ayurvedic medicine, homeopathy, naturopathy, Chinese medicine, massage, reiki, clairvoyance, energy healing and astrology.
