UNIQLO is a Japanese retail giant that designs, manufactures and sells their own unique brand of clothing. The popular fashion brand has more than 1300 stores in 15 different countries. UNIQLO is well known for their unique fabrics and quirky fashions. The first Western Australian UNIQLO store opened in Perth city in the Plaza Arcade on Murray Street on 30 August 2018. The grand opening caused much excitement with hundreds of people queuing up to visit the new store and to be the first to snap up bargains and special promotions.

On Thursday, 27 June 2019 UNIQLO will open their second Western Australian store at Westfield Carousel. A grand opening is planned from 10am to 9pm. Doors will open at 10am after an official ribbon cutting ceremony and Japanese drumming celebration. The first 250 people in line will receive a FREE 'Get Chunky' cookie and the first 500 customers who spend over $100 will receive a FREE gift bag! (while stocks last). There will be special opening offers on great UNIQLO winter styles so make sure you get in there fast.

To celebrate the grand opening of UNIQLO Westfield Carousel is planning an entire weekend of fun activities. There will be complimentary glitter fairy floss outside David Jones, complimentary glitter cocktails outside Guess, a glitter beauty bar and DJ opposite G Star, a glitter ball pit outside Cotton On and exclusive retailer offers.
