A friendly, carefree vibe infiltrates the St. Kilda Festival. There will be more than five music stages with free live performances. Most of the performances occur on February the 10th. Chinese New Year Chinese New Year and the beginning of the Year of the Snake will occur on February the 10th this year. Chinatown and Little Bourke Street will be a hive of activity with dragon dances, street stalls and an abundance of fire crackers.
