Located at the historic Empress Place Building, the Asian Civilisations Museum , is not just renowned for its broad yet integrated perspective of pan-Asian cultures and civilisations. It is also a popular venue for families to learn more about the history, heritage and arts of Singapore and Asia through programmes and exhibitions. In addition to the family programme 'Once Upon a Time in Asia: The Story Tree', the Museum is also hosting a fun filled Saturday for families with Dora and Diego. Here are the highlights:
Say hi to Diego and Dora in the River Room on level 2 at 2.30pm and 4.30pm, and stand a chance to win 1 of 10 Nickelodeon giveaways.
Create your own scratch art and design fancy porcelain with colouring sheet from 1pm to 5pm in the River Room on level 2.
Listen to stories about the Tree of Life by the Story Whisperers in the Learning Gallery on level 1 at 3pm.
Watch a play by ACT 3 International at 2pm and 4pm in the Shaw Foyer on level 2.
Sniff out the scents in a workshop by perfumers from Givaudan at 3.30pm in the Learning Gallery on level 1.
