Guess what Perth? It's time to get fit. And the best way to do that is absolutely FREE with a range of exercise programs in the City of Perth.
Midday Mondays and Wednesdays 12.00pm every Monday and Wednesday you can join in the group fitness classes in one of the lovely city parks. Until 20 November they're at Wellington Square - cnr Wellington & Bennet St. From the 11th November they'll be mixing it up and moving to the lovely Stirling Gardens. These are circuit style classes and include resistance training, core strengthening, cardio and boxing to get you fighting fit this summer.
After work Wednesdays Perth City Life classes on Wednesday nights 6-7pm in Northbridge Piazza. You can enjoy alternating weeks of yoga, tai chi and zumba. Running all the way through to April 2014 you can unwind from your work day with some muscle toning, mind focusing or body partying on a Wednesday evening.

Saturday morning weekend kick Parkrun 5km run (or walk) every Saturday morning at 8am. Starting at Claisebrook Cove, Royal St East Perth along a 5km stretch of the Perth waterfront. This activity can be a run, walk, stroll with the pram or trot with your hound. Whatever your fitness level, this is a great way to get that extra kick on the weekend. All you need to do is register online and rock up!
