Every year they include different styles of dance. Over the years they have taught things like the foxtrot, the waltz and of course salsa. This year, the emphasis is about dancing for fitness but they also include jive and swing which are very exciting dance styles for partners.

Greek Dance Fitness with OPA-cize on Mondays

Like Zumba before it, OPA-cize takes traditional dance and turns into a fun form of exercise. In this case, OPA-cize is the only Greek based dance fitness program in the world.

Hip Hop Dance on Tuesdays

Mad Dance House will get you ready for the club with a range of dance moves suitable for Hip Hop and RnB music. Get your booty shaking in this class.

Jive and Swing on Wednesdays

From the 1920s to the 1940s, people were crazy for these exciting dance styles. Orchards Dance Studio will get you moving and ready for the coming jive and swing revival.

Hot Hula Dance on Thursdays

You don't need a grass skirt or a bikini made from coconuts to get the best of the Hula Dance Fitness craze. Move your hips with dances inspired by the Pacific Islands.
