In celebration of the 50th Anniversary of Singapore-Japan diplomatic relations and the Suntory Hall's 30th Anniversary,
Suntory Hall Chamber Music Academy & Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music Concert presents concerts this weekend.
The programme highlights works of famous composers like Beethoven's
Trio Op. 11 and Dvo&
#345 ;ák's
String Quintet Op. 77. The works of a Japanese composer, Toru Takemitsu, through
Quatrain II (1977) and
Le Son Calligraphie (1960) together with French composer Ernest Chausson's romantic
Concerto for Piano, Violin and String Quartet are also included in the programme.
