Yoga is something everyone of all ages and any fitness level can participate in. It doesn't matter if you love to exercise or haven't exercised for years. Yoga is something you can do at your own pace and ability.
Sometimes the instructor might appear to bend and stretch in all manner of ways but one just needs to stretch and bend to their own body's flexibility. Yoga is beneficial both physically and mentally. Some of the benefits of Yoga are: improves posture, flexibility, relaxation, helps to build muscle strength and the list goes on.
On Wednesdays & Fridays, 12.30 - 1.15pm from 1 March you can attend a weekly Yoga class at the River Torrens. Meet just before 12.30pm at the Northern end of the University Footbridge.
If you prefer you can bring your own Yoga mat or towel
