If your body is trying to talk, maybe it's time to listen and get physical with Melbourne Healthy Lifestyle as they bring you free weekly community workouts in the Melbourne CBD and suburbs. Their mission, should you choose to accept it, is to enjoy a sustainable, healthy, active lifestyle and have a bit of fun at the same time.

Join in for a healthy and fun workout

We all know the many benefits of exercise, however, after a few months of good intentions at the gym, we often lose the motivationů and slowly our excuses get bigger than our goals.

You are not alone. So why go to a gym on your own when you can enjoy a great workout with a like-minded empowering group of people - all for FREE!

Join in for a full body workout suitable for all ages and fitness levels using a combination of cardio and strength exercises, with the emphasis on having fun.

After the workout, join your newfound fitness buddies for a healthy smoothie (only $5) to refuel your body and keep yourselves motivated.

All you need to bring is a water bottle and a towel and maybe wear a few layers as we all know how unpredictable Melbourne weather can be.

Weekly Workout Sessions are as follows:

Tuesdays 6pm at Alexandra Gardens in the CBD
Wednesdays 7.20pm at Tooronga Community Centre in Glen Iris
Thursdays 6pm at Wellington Park in East Melbourne
