Here are five free classes to help you to warm up to Winter in marvellous Melbourne.

' #tickets ">History of Your House ' is an information session that will help you find resources for tracing the history of properties in the City of Melbourne. You will learn how to use rate books, directories, databases and more. The event is at the East Melbourne Library on Wednesday 13 June, 2pm to 3.30pm, at 122 George Street in East Melbourne.

The ' Ask Costa ' Gardening Forum is a chance to learn about sustainable gardening practices. The event is on Sunday June 3rd from 9.45am to 1.30pm, in the Main Hall at Box Hill Town Hall (1022 Whitehorse Road).



' How to create an outstanding CV ' provides guidance on the structure of your resume, tips, and advice on getting the next dream job. This event is also at the Box Town Hall and it is on Friday the 8th of June at 10am and runs for two hours.

' #tickets ">How to be a Photographer ' is a free workshop as part of an Open Day. You can find out more about the career of a photographer and get some handy tips and tricks to improve your skills. This event is on June 9th at United Pop Melbourne in the Paris Cat Jazz Club, 6 Goldie Place Melbourne.



' Tuesday Lunchtime Meditation ' is a free class and does not require bookings. It is held every Tuesday throughout June at Federation Square from 12.30pm and runs for 30 minutes.
