Free Art Sunday is back at the Maitland Regional Art Gallery. Staffed by qualified art teachers, the Free Art Sunday is free for children of all ages and their families, designed to encourage everyone to get creative and add to their experience of the Gallery by accessing hands-on activities in a family-friendly environment. Each workshop takes about half an hour to complete and all materials are provided.
Please note, however, that following COVID-safe protocols, participants will need to register attendance. See to it that you have booked for the required number of tickets, one ticket per person who will be attending the workshop. Participants are also requested to be present 15 minutes before the start of the booked session, otherwise, their place may be forfeited in favour of other families.
It is also important that anyone unwell or who has experienced cold or flu symptoms in the last 14 days must not visit the Gallery. Any close contact, those who have visited a known high-risk area with a cluster of cases identified by NSW Health as a hotspot, or those returned from overseas in the last fortnight must avoid visiting the Gallery at this time.
