With all the different types of health advice out there today, it can be hard to know what to do for yourself to attain the best levels of health. A good start to any journey is to be informed. The 'A New You' series of events in Sydney this August is designed to give you the information and direction you need to achieve and maintain health.
The events are diverse, practical and free of charge. They will cover various areas including nutrition, sleep and exercise. There are a total of 12 Sessions over 3 weeks which will explore the scientific research, and proven methods of attaining good health and general well-being.

Session 1 - A New You and Session 2 - Be Nourished Date: Friday 1st August
Session 3 - Be Active Date: Saturday 2nd August Session 4 - Be Hydrated and Session 5 - Be Radiant Date: Friday 8th August
Session 6 - Be Moderate Date: Saturday 9th August Session 7 - Be Refreshed and Session 8 - Be Recharged Date: Friday 15th August Session 9 - Be Cured Naturally Date: Saturday 16th August
Session 10 - Be Stress-free and Session 11 - Believe Date: Friday 22nd August
Session 12 - Adventist Advantage Date: Saturday 23rd August
