Are you one of those people who is always struggling to lose weight or find you've hit a plateau? Or perhaps you spend a lot of your time worrying that you will get the results that you are expecting? Then again, you may just be starting and possibly need some guidance and/or motivation?



Whatever your reasons, now you can attend a FREE six-week weight loss and fitness training camp on Tuesday 1st January 2019. It will be held at The Genesis Nutrition Centre, 3/52 Spencer Road, Nerang on the Gold Coast.



Genesis has had years of experience in helping their customers achieve their goals including weight loss.



The Genesis Step up your Game program is designed to help you lose weight and get fit faster than you would if you tried doing this on your own. They have FREE sessions which are focused on fitness and are taken once a week at the Genesis Nerang Training Facility from 6.00 pm to 7.00 pm.

In all, there will be six of these sessions to make up the whole 6-week training program. This means you will get SIX free training sessions where you will learn all about the basics, the plateaus identified, and you will be taught some new skills which you will be able to put into practice.

There is plenty of free parking on site or across the road from the centre.

You will need to wear clothing that allows you to move freely, bring a towel, and a water bottle.
