FREE 5-week Exercise Program for Military and First Responder Children

Researchers from the University of Canberra are seeking volunteers in ACT and surrounds to take part in a new study evaluating child heart rate variability, exercise and mental health in Military and First Responder families.

All children will receive:

2 exercise sessions per week for 5-weeks

Mentoring from current UC Sport and Exercise students

All at NO COST!

Next exercise program commencing Tuesday Feb 7th, 2023

Days: every Tuesday and Thursday for 5-weeks

Time: 7.30-8.30am

Location: University of Canberra (Bruce Campus) Sports Hall

If you are a Military or First Responder Family with children aged 4-9 years with no diagnosed medical condition or on any medications shown to affect the nervous system, then you may be eligible to participate in this research trial.
