Celebration of Mother Nature in the form of art & gourmet
My Sunday drive to the Hills region on the weekend has given us a couple of new surprises We have discovered the most glamourous lifestyle and homeware shop in Adelaide - FRED Living. It's located on the main street of Aldgate. You can't miss it when you drive past this lesser-known town in the Hills through Mt Barker Road. Opposite the shop is a public carpark under trees. Plenty of parking lots indeed.
You can't miss the French fuchsia doors driving past Mt Barker Road.
FRED Living is a shop to celebrate Mother Nature with one of a kind artwork and everyday items. If you want your home to show your character and style, this could be your the holy grail for some designer pieces.
Pastel designer side tables, designer bags, art work printed on glass ...
I do notice that the merchandise in the shop is what you would expect in the art gallery shop. Everything is nothing I have seen in Adelaide except the ceramic fish also available in Gitanjali in Walkerville. But it's my first time to meet Thomas Turtles and Dahlia Ducks.
May I introduce the floating ceramic Fergal Fish, Thomas Turtles and Dahlia Ducks?
FRED Living opens from Tuesday to Sunday 10am-4pm. FRED Eatery opens at 7:30am from Tuesday to Sunday, closing at 4pm on weekdays and 3:30pm on weekends. There is an extra Friday night session from 5pm-7:30pm for you to relax and chill the end of the week.
Not a bad corner while you wait for the morning coffee.
