Executive Chef, Chris Taylor has managed the centre since opening in 1993. His focus is on using the best Western Australian produce, bringing a local flavour to the menu with impeccable presentation.
The Reception Centre has private toilet facilities, with floor to ceiling mirrors for outfit checks, and two full bars. There's also plenty of free parking in the Wadjuk car park next door, or it's a short 5-minute trip from the city centre.
