It's back for another year! The
Fraser Coast Expo 2018 returns to
Maryborough Showgrounds for the region's largest 3 day event of its kind. From Friday 17th August to Sunday 19th August 2018, gates will open from 8.30am to 4pm each day so there is a chance for everyone to attend.

The show is incorporating both Wide Bay and Fraser Coast Home Show
and Caravan, Camping, 4x4 and Fishing Expo so it's going to be a big one!

Tickets are just $12 for Adults and $10 for Seniors, with kids 16 and under are free with an adult. These can be
bought online, and as an added bonus, if you buy through their website before the event, you'll receive a free 6 month
'Pat Callinan's' 4x4 Adventures magazine digital pass.

Free return passes are available, just remember to ask before you leave! Free parking is also available during the weekend.
Sign up to the newsletter on their
website before the event to win a range of different prizes from a full day boat hire out on the waters of Hervey Bay, family passes to the Expo plus many more.
There is also a chance to win a $10,000 boating package thanks to
Bay City Marine. Just fill in the entry slip at their stand and be in it to win it!
If you live locally, hopefully, you've already seen the Event Guide that has been doing the rounds through local newspapers. Don't worry if you've missed it though as they will also be available at the entrance to the event.

Exhibitors will be demonstrating their products throughout the weekend and many have their own competitions to enter for some amazing prizes, so make sure you allow enough time to check them all out.
The Department of Environment and Science and Fraser Coast Regional Council will also be on hand for useful advice.

Full days of entertainment
Join Dingo Dave from
Channel Ten's Offroad Adventure Show for demonstrations about all things off-road driving. Daily shows are at 9.30am, 11.30am and 1.30pm where you can find out the difference between a diff lock and a door lock, and see practical recoveries to learn new skills.

If you told me there was a snake called 'Cuddles', I wouldn't have believed you... until now! Join
Luke's Reptile Kingdom throughout the day as he shares his awareness (and love) of snakes and how best to handle any encounters with them. And if you are feeling really brave, get up close and personal with Cuddles, who just happens to be a 3-metre olive python! Rather you than me!

Ever seen how a fish actually gets caught under water? With Dave 'Mossy' Moss, renown for his fishing presenting and enthusiasm, and the Shimano 10 metre long fish tank, you can! See Mossy demonstrate how to catch and release popular species and learn all about different lures and techniques.
Mossy also loves to give prizes away so don't miss out on the chance to win a Swell Boat with sounder and electric motor, Shimano prize packs, Mako prize paces and $500 handouts during question time.
