Caulfield welcomes Frank and Ginger for brunch
While the initial reviews on Caulfield's latest cafe have been a bit patchy, what's unanimous is that a café with plenty of parking and a decent menu is a win with Frank and Ginger, the latest addition to Caulfield's cafe scene.
Now open in Caulfield, Frank and Ginger.
A great little breakfast/brunch hot spot, you'll find all the standard faves such as granola with fresh fruit and yoghurt, smashed avocado with poached eggs, pea, mint and feta fritters served with poached egg and smoked salmon and more.
The food is tasty and not at all pretentious and the atmosphere is cosy without trying to be too hip and it's a much needed injection to the Caulfield breakfast scene which has been making do with what's been available for quite some time.
The coffee is great and for those who are on the almond milk health kick, you'll find they have it available there too.
The cafe is open for breakfast and brunch only, closing at 3 p.m. Menu items are reasonably priced so a Sunday brunch out won't be the roughly that same damage as a dinner out on a Saturday night.
