December is when everything begins to sound a lot like Christmas.
For the first time, Tasmania will host the sweet sounds of Brisbane-based musician and international Songwriter of the Year recipient Francesca de Valence at venues in Launceston and at the iconic MONA at the Void Bar during the first week of December.

Francesca de Valence, on a photo shoot in Brisbane at Honour Espresso, Graceville, with dress, shoes and accessories supplied by That Shop, Woolloongabba.
Francesca is touring to play tracks from her recently released third EP,
Things That We Have Said, and has been shortlisted twice as a Top 30 finalist in the Australian Songwriting Awards with two songs from the latest EP
Beautiful Night and
Desire.
Francesca won International Songwriter of the Year at the LA Music Awards in 2008 and has had two successful EPs,
Oh it's Simple (2009) and
From the Outside In (2008).
Since the release of her second EP, Francesca has established a successful music career touring nationally and internationally, and has been a sessional vocalist for Michael Bublé, Keith Urban and Belinda Carlisle for their recent Brisbane shows.
Francesca supported internationally acclaimed jazz band Manhattan Transfer in Brisbane in August this year, and in September, she supported Josh Pyke.
