Come and meet Frances Whiting in the flesh
Australian author and senior feature writer for Queensland's Courier Mail, Frances Whiting will be presenting her latest release, The Best Kind of Beautiful, at a Literary Lunch on Thursday, November 21st.
Held in the beer garden of the Grand View Hotel at 49 North Street, Cleveland, the two-course meal includes a complimentary drink and costs $45 each or $40 for Grand View Members.
The event commences at 12 noon. Bookings are essential on 3884-3000 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
There is both on site and street parking at the Grand View Hotel and the breeze alone coming off across Moreton Bay should be worth the cost of the ticket alone.
Frances is also a much loved columnist for the Sunday Mail, and other Sunday newspapers around Australia, with her weekly column now in its nineteenth year. Having a cup of tea whilst reading Frances's column is like having a tea with the woman herself.
Books will be available for purchase on the day. Any family members who are fans and who would love a signed copy for Christmas?
