Four Short Plays filled with pleasures of obsession
Fourplay is a modern Australian play which is based on four short plays that explore obsession with sex, death, fame and of course...chocolate.

Written by Ella Arendelle, this Factory Space Theatre Company production is a series of brief evocative description of accounts that depict different scenes from Arendelle's life. It is largely verbatim and autobiographical with plenty of drama!

The four short plays bring forward cases that are listed for hearing:

Between Bad Relations, by Alex Broun: An obsession with fame, with offences of self-interest, arrogance, and indecision.

Rain, by Susanne Hauser: An obsession with sex, with offences of lust, deceit, and cowardice.

Open Letter, by Sally Williams: An obsession with Death, with offences of secrecy, betrayal and murder.

Wellness, by Ella Arendelle: An obsession with 'Chocolate', with offences of judgement, micro-aggression, and ignorance.

All four short plays feature non-stop drama from the beginning to the end with splashes of humour.

The cast Alana (Ella Arendelle), Alison (Lisa Stewart), Beatrice (Rebekah Mowbray), Berthold (Paul Chambers), Cal (Samantha Proctor), Compton (Rohin Thompson), Darrell (Kurtis Wakefield), and Lesley (Michael Barlow) did a marvellous job executing all four plays.

It was such an enlightening performance and it is a must see this July!

Tickets can be purchased online or at the Box Office.
