Love the French affairs
Four Frogs CrÍperie is an adorable French crepe cafe in Mosman.

We arrived late in the afternoon and the place was packed.

A busy barista was trying to keep up the demands for beautifully brewed coffee. Diners looked relax and seemed to be enjoying the summer sunshine.

We've heard all good reviews about this chic creperie and hope they can find a table for us.

The staff were all French and of course, all have the French charm and attitude. You will feel like you are dining in France.

Fresh Fig & Salted Caramel Sauce La Simple $12.00

Savoury crÍpes are called galettes and they are made with home-milled organic buckwheat flour here at Four Frogs.

We had a galette (savoury crepe) first, follow by a dessert crepe.

The meal price is very reasonable for the Mosman location.

There is the seasonal special board for interesting modern twist combinations, or if you are after something less predictable.

All crepes were cooked to perfection; thinly crisp and generous with the fillings. Every plate was a grand spectacularly dish. We were waiting impatiently for ours.

The kids love it equally as much as the adults. Some young girls were eyeing the production process with keen interest and when the chefs gave them a wink, the girls giggled and ran away shyly.

Chorizo, Mushroom, Avocado & Swiss Cheese $15.00

This savoury crepe was scrumptiously delicious.

It will filled with melted Swiss cheese and then topped with good deli chorizo slices and generous fresh mushroom & avocado. The ingredients were clearly high quality!

I was all smiles because you can taste the fillings with every bite from start to finish.

All savoury galettes come with a side salad.

This salted caramel crepe was unbelievable and the salted caramel sauce was to die for! Sweet but not overly sickening sweet. The fresh figs added to the taste sensation. We absolutely love it and devoured it clean; every single drop of the salted caramel sauce! It was that finger-licking good!

Both galette & crepe were winners. I can't tell which I liked it more. We didn't get the French cider this time, but I am sure it will go marvellously well with the crepes.

It will be challenge to find a table during peak times but it is worth trying.

Bon appetit!
