Lots of beautiful and unique gifts

Well, here's another thing that I have learnt. Crystalline rock salt is a natural ironiser. Rock salt crystal soap and lamps improve the quality of the air, which in turn can have beneficial effects on your health. Apparently scientific studies show that people receive 56% of energy from air, which is more than food and water combined.

Much more than a glowing rock!

I discovered this when doing a bit of Christmas shopping and got talking to one of the owners, Jan of Forever Exotic products. It is claimed that the salt crystals help allergy sufferers, those suffering from migraines, dermatitis, aches and pains immune system problems and hayfever. But wait, there's more. Salt crystals are also meant to help relieve people from sinus problems, increase alertness, concentration, lung capacity, reduce susceptibility from flu and colds and increase work productivity!

And these are just a few of the benefits - believe it or not. The thing that appealed to me the most was that they can reduce dust, making the room fresher so you can sleep better and have more energy. Is this possible without reducing the number of children in the house? That's a well kept secret from parents.

For as little as eight dollars you can purchase some of your own salt crystal products from the Himalayas or other unique items from around the world at Forever Exotic.

Every purchase comes with a brochure of information as the owners are keen to help inform their customers of the benefits and ways to use their products.

Handcarved wooden products from Africa

Forever Exotic in Greensborough also sells aesthetically pleasing crystals enjoy from Brazil, carvings from Africa such as masks and drums, and soy candles that are non-toxic.

I like the fact that Jan and Zoey purchase their products directly from the tribes so they get the money, not the brokers. The downside for them as retailers is that it takes 18 months to receive their products and they do not have a consistent supply. On the upside they never know exactly what they will get. The talents of different artists influence their range.

After all the years of working in the business Jan says he still gets excited when he opens the new containers.

Make time to look at all the products in the store

Jan and Zoey would be happy to help you discuss effortless and natural to enhance your well being. It's worth popping into Forever Exotic products and having a chat to the helpful and friendly owners. They are conveniently located on the bottom floor of the Greensborough shopping plaza right near Coles supermarket. Good health to you.
