Steve Hogwood, of the 1910 Bottling Company, runs these fun-filled workshops for Culinary Tour Operators FoodPath, and will be conducting a the next on Sunday August 19th at Monreale Bed and Breakfast at Burradoo.
Steve has a wealth of knowledge and is more than happy to share it all as he teaches you what you need to know about bottling and preserving using the Vacola system. Obviously you get to take your work of art home with you!
A casual lunch featuring a range of Steve's pickles, crusty bread and cheese is also included after the workshop.
