I've also previously done a food tour of Brunswick's Sydney Road and remain in awe of the enticements to be discovered in that cosmopolitan part of town not only delectable but steeped within long-held family traditions.

Beacon Holiday's Turkish Trails through Brunswick Street feature some of the oldest Turkish eateries in Melbourne and certainly some of the most authentic flavours and experiences, like a plate full of Turkish meze, strong, cinnamon-infused tea and sweet baklava.

With African cuisine (blending Indian, Malay, French and British) reaching fabulous new heights in Melbourne over recent years, the African Trails through Footscray and Dandenong promise delicious insight into a cuisine many of us are just starting to explore and understand.
