1. NSW Food & Wine Festival
When: 21-25 February 2015: from 9am

2. Taste of Sydney
When: 12- 15 March 2015: Check website for all times
Where: Brazilian Fields, Centennial Park

Details: Attending last year's event, I must say this is probably my favourite food festival event in Sydney! With top chefs galore presenting masterclasses, talks, food demo's you certainly get the whole culinary experience. There are plenty of cooking classes, tastings till your palate cannot handle anymore and plenty of stalls to make those yummy purchases... There are plenty of things to see & do with a full foodie experience that celebrates Sydney's unique dining scene. Click here for website.

3. Sweet Patchworks
When: 20 March 2015: 2:30pm-4:30pm
Where: The Goods Line South, Ultimo Pedestrian Network, parallel to Harris & Quay Streets, Ultimo
Cost: Free
Details: Part of the Living in Harmony Festival, the UTS is hosting this outdoor afternoon tea event. There will be tea and coffee (please bring a plate of dessert/snacks to share). There will be plenty of food of course, cultural performances and entertainment. Click here for website.

4. Tasting Asia

Details: This supreme food cultural event is filled with food galore, cultural contents, performances and traditions from Asia to Sydney. Street food and markets promoting each ethnic group will be one of the highlights of the event.

5. Taste Orange at Watsons Bay Boutique Hotel

7. Hunter Valley Wine Festival

8. Hunter Valley Food & Wine Month

Details: This very much anticipated annual food event showcases the picturesque region's diverse wine and food culture with a month-long series of themed activities throughout June. 9. Good Food & Wine Show
