Food Trucks have become more than just fast food hot dogs, burgers and chips. The Food Truck craze is now a real thing with colourful trucks pumping out a variety of delicious gourmet and cultural cuisines throughout Sydney. Now they can be found on the Northern Beaches at a variety of special events.

The new look Harbord Diggers is celebrating Daylight Saving with a Food Truck Festival - Thursday 20 October from 4pm - 9pm.

There will be an array of Sydney's best known food trucks parked in the club's open-air carpark overlooking Freshwater Beach.



While tasting your way from truck to truck, you can also marvel at some eye-catching Classic cars from Sydney Machina Social club .. There will be plenty of entertainment for the whole family, including live music and market stalls for shoppers.



The festival will offer a range of different fare options so bring a large appetite for Australian street food, Japanese, Vietnamese, Mexican, Chinese, hot dogs and tasty waffles. Over 12 food trucks including De Wafel , Monstor Rolls , Street Sliders Mini Burgers Big Flavours, Cantina Movil , Lets Do Yum Cha , Trinhy's Food Truck , Shiso Fine Japanese and the Harbord Diggers own truck, the Diggers Diner.



Entry to the Diggers is free and the club is supporting Pink Ribbon Day through selling merchandise and collecting donations. Attendees are encouraged to buy some merchandise or donate to raise funds for the Cancer Council.

So turn up, eat up and help raise funds for the Cancer Council.
