Pilgrim Uniting Church is hosting a pre-election event aiming to help the public get to know the candidates standing for the City of Adelaide in a more meaningful way.

Meet the Candidates
Food for Thought will give residents in the seat of Adelaide (as well as other South Australians conscious of the key role the city plays in the state's civic life) the chance to meet candidates standing for their seat. An invitation has been extended to four candidates representing Labor, Liberal, the Greens, and SA-Best.

Informal Conversations
Unlike the usual Q&A style forums, this event will enable candidates and voters to engage in informal conversation around tables, to allow greater opportunity to get to know candidates and what they stand for. There will be opportunity to canvas issues of importance to SA voters including homelessness, health services, energy security, and options for the old Royal Adelaide Hospital site.

Any Questions?
The evening will begin with a light meal (sausage sizzle and salad), followed by conversation in the hall with candidates who will rotate between four tables and respond to questions. Candidates will have an opportunity to briefly sum up at the end of the evening.

This more casual style event is on Tuesday February 27, 6:30pm at Pilgrim Uniting Church, 12 Flinders Street, Adelaide.
