Recipes for long term weight mangement
Food for Life

Food for Life is Michelle Bridges's thirteenth book and her best cookbook so far. This book includes two hundred recipes suitable for singles, couples and families.

Food for Life

The book is larger and more comprehensive than Michelle's last cookbooks. It contains meal plans for singles, active families, reducing weight, energy boosting, immune support and weight loss. There are handy guidelines for eating healthy.

Food for Life

The recipes are divided into breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, sweet treats and basics. All of the recipes have a full page devoted to the ingredient list and instructions. Each recipe lists the serving amount, prep time, total calories and calories per serve but not carbohydrates. There's a cool icon system for special dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, dairy free, gluten free, refined sugar-free, lunchbox friendly, freezer friendly and paleo.
