Hosted by the Harold Holt Swim Centre, there's a range of health and wellness webinars and events online as listed below. The two events below are free but you need to register to participate.

Thu 20 Aug 2020 from 1.15-1.45pm - Food for Health with dietitian Lina La Guardia (REGISTER - Free event)
Fri 21 Aug 2020 from 12-12.15pm - Mental Health and Exercise - with personal trainer Ashley (REGISTER - Free event)

For the first event, Active Stonnington and Star Health are offering a free webinar with Star Health's dietitian Lina La Guardia. It's a great time to delve in to the power of food as medicine and how it can affect your mood and immune system. There's time for Q&A so bring your questions along to be answered. You'll also get healthy snacking and eating tips.


The second event on mental health and exercise will be conducted by personal trainer Ashley. With over 10 years of experience helping people, Ashley will link the connection between the two and the impact they have on your wellbeing.
