1. Mooncake Festival
Gather with family and friends to give thanks for the harvest, and for harmonious unions, in the annual mooncake festival. Enjoy free entertainment, authentic Chinese and Vietnamese cuisines and decadent double yolk lotus paste mooncakes. Sunday 7th September, 10am-4pm, Queen Victoria Market.

2. Mexican Fiesta

Coinciding with Mexican Independence Day, celebrate the taste, sound and crafts of Mexico. Fill up on Tacos, Tamales, Tortas, Tostadas, and dance away to free entertainment featuring local Mexican musicians, folk dance groups, mariachis, Zumba and Salsa dancing, and more. There will also be a artisan market with authentic Mexican handcrafts, jewellery, and clothing, an art exhibition, and a kids' activity corner. Saturday 14th September, 11:30am-8pm, Federation Square.

3. Malaysian Street Food Festival
Treat your taste buds to mouth watering street food from Indonesia, Vietnam, Singapore and Thailand, and your visual and auditory senses to traditional folk song performances and demonstrations. Learn how to play the congkak, or try your hand at sand art. Sunday 12th October, 9am to 4pm, Queen Victoria Market.

Masala Dosa

4. South Indian Secrets

Discover the culinary secrets of South India. Savour the delicate tastes of masala dosa, idli, and vadai combined with spicy flavoursome and fragrant sambar and rich and creamy coconut chutney. Food available for purchase along River Terrace. Saturday 18th October, 11am-9pm, Federation Square.

5. Italian Feast
A fun free day of activities celebrating food, art, music and culture of Italy. Listen and dance to live music, laugh at comedy performances, learn from cooking demonstrations, participate in sporting and children's activities, and satisfy your stomach with Italian food and drinks available for purchase. Sunday October 26th, 11am-8pm, Piazza Italia Carlton.
